Hi there,
My name is Ben van Stee, and I am fascinated by the combination of customer experience, innovation, and behavioral science.
What I’m interested in is finding that sweet spot where you can influence decisions in a way that is supportive of the end user’s goals and drives value for the business as well.

I believe the key challenge is all about creating a natural connection with customers, making them feel understood, in control and looked after. What that makes me jump out of bed in the morning, is the belief that progress is always possible. Identifying the forces that drive human behavior can have an amazing impact on projects and initiatives. Understanding the rules of the human brain can help us predict what people will actually do instead of what we think they should.
In 2024, I founded The Customer Inspiration Agency. This allowed me to combine my expertise in behavior change management with 20+ years of experience as a corporate consultant in CX, innovation and customer research. I can support the process of designing innovative solutions your customers really love, by making things 'intuitively obvious', simple and fun to use.
